POLICY AND TERMS

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Make sure your email is correct so you can receive the tracking number. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue DrunkDotCom is not responsible.

 

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from DrunkDot.com , you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. We do ship to PO Boxes via USPS. Expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box.

 

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must address this with the United States Postal Service. DrunkDotCom does not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered. We do not issue refund for packages that state being delivered.

 

Just a reminder that you will receive your order 7-14 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed. Our shipping is definitely faster but we leave wiggle room for any mishaps. We also have the option for captured payments. Please make sure your billing and shipping address is the same. If it isn't it will delay your package and proper verification will be required. This is just an estimate, and doesn't include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive am email with tracking information. Please allow time for your tracking to update. We do have cases where the tracking may not update but will still arrive on time.

We offer USPS Priority Mail to most locations (domestic & internationally). Your shipping cost is displayed at point of checkout.

 

*If your order is multiple items and one of them is out of stock, we will go ahead and issue a refund for the item(s) not in stock.*

 

SHIPPING RATES

We offer 2-day shipping but to ensure it arrive in two days we strongly suggest to choose over night shipping. First class shipping is also another choice. Majority of all orders arrive between 1-3 days *after it is scanned by USPS, but in very rare instances, please allow up to 3 days. We offer overnight shipping via USPS. The orders must be placed by 1 pm PST to be processed same day to ensure it gets to the destination by 12 noon.

Shipping will proceed on the first working day after holiday.
